TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE (The word Unit in terms and conditions means any items supplied by Bouncy Castle Club (BCC)
Bouncy Castle Club cannot be held liable for any injury to persons or damage caused whilst our equipment is under hire to you.

Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the lawn/surface is unsuitable (e.g. sloping or is unclean 50% of hire cost still has to be made

Bouncy Castle Club reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time i.e. unsuitable space, hirer not present, no access, delivery time slot exceeded & bad weather.

1. I confirm that I have been advised of health and safety and been given the Do’s and Don’ts advice sheet upon delivery. PLEASE READ FOR SAFETY INFORMATION

2. Children’s Bouncy Castles are strictly for children under 12 years old. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ADULTS PLAY ON a Children’s Castle as

This will result in damage to the castle. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer/signatory named in our agreement.

3. You must accept delivery and pay the driver any monies owed upon delivery in CASH. Deposits are non refundable. Late Cancellation fees apply.

4. You are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst all equipment from BCC is on hire to you and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance

covering the use of a Bouncy Castles/Slides/ Sumo suits and any other equipment from BCC whilst it is on hire to you.

5. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the castle/unit/equipment is in use. The castle cannot be left unattended, and if hired

overnight the units along with all accessories are to be covered and kept secure. When not in use, the castle is to be covered with the additional cover supplied.

6. Children must remove their shoes before using the Bouncy Castle and children must be prevented from climbing up the walls/barriers of the castle.

NO Face painted children, Food, drink, glass, silly string, party poppers, sharp objects and pets on all castles along with anything else that may damage/stain

7. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the Bouncy Castle and any extra equipment supplied belonging to BCC. You will be charged for any damage caused.

8. Equipment returned in an excessively dirty condition or water logged condition if hired overnight will be subject to a cleaning charge.

9. By signing you acknowledge that you have personally checked the castle/equipment and confirm it as being in good, clean & undamaged condition upon delivery.

10. Only our delivery driver wearing company uniform is authorized to collect the Bouncy Castle and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed

over to anyone else no matter whom. Loss of the equipment is you the hirers responsibility and you will be charged for any losses we incur.

11. You agree to have checked the setup & take full responsibility for all cabling and agree it is your responsibility to tape or cover the cable where required.

12. If you have instructed us to setup the equipment on a hard surface you agree to take full responsibility and BCC will not be held liable for any issues that occur.

13. You must ensure equipment stays secured to the ground at all times. Stop any horse play. Use discretion in high wind or bad weather and turn off the equipment.

14. We always aim to arrive in good time however we cannot be held responsible for traffic delays or breakdowns due to any reason beyond our control.

15. If we are obstructed from collecting the castle at any point resulting in a failed pickup you ("the Hirer/Signatory") will be held responsible. You will be

charged for re-collection and will have to pay all associated costs. We will not be held liable for any extra costs incurred by you due to a failed pickup.

17. While we take all due care and attention, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused whilst delivering, setting up or securing equipment.

any damage to our equipment & vehicles will need to be paid for by the hirer.

18. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ARRANGED, FREE delivery times are from 8am to 12.30pm , and FREE collection times are from 6pm onward up to 11pm.

19. Younger & Older Children should play in separate groups to avoid injury. Adult supervision is required at all times when using the equipment
